The EEOC and the OFCCP use EEO-1 data to help decide which companies to audit, and inaccurate information can suggest willful dishonesty, leading to penalties or even criminal charges. Classifying employees correctly and gathering the data can be harder than the form suggests.
This 90-minute EEO-1 report webinar walks step by step through preparing the report. It explains the changes the EEOC made to the EEO-1 survey at the time and their impact on businesses, who has to file, filing deadlines, and how to obtain the race and gender information you need.
You'll also learn how to determine job groupings, how single and multi-establishment employers file, what the government does with your report and how to use it to find potential pay discrimination.
The EEOC and OFCCP rely on EEO-1 data, so a carefully prepared report reduces audit risk and supports accurate, timely filing. This session offers resources and best practices for moving from earlier EEO-1 requirements to the revised form.
It suits HR managers, compensation specialists, CFOs, business owners, in-house counsel and affirmative action and EEO officers who prepare or review the report.
