Credit risk management balances an organization's risk appetite with its risk tolerance to meet its credit risk objectives. This 60-minute credit risk management webinar explains how to put the right level of management in place and keep it there, using practical tools and techniques.

A strong credit culture keeps everyone focused on the same priorities, reduces conflict and confusion, lessens the need for rigid controls, supports the organization's vision and mission, and adds to the bottom line and shareholder value.

You'll look at the types of credit culture and how to identify your current one, decide which culture best fits your risk appetite and tolerance, and use credit discipline tools to keep or strengthen it. The session also covers policies and processes, credit administration and loan documentation, and tools for transaction, intrinsic and concentration risk in loan portfolios.
