Every participant in the ACH Network must comply with the Nacha Operating Rules, and the rules change often. This 90-minute Nacha Operating Rules webinar reviews a set of amendments that took effect between 2020 and 2022 and what they mean for ACH operations.
You'll cover the expansion of Same Day ACH, the unauthorized return process with Return Reason Code R11 and the proper use of R10 and R11, ODFI reporting requirements for R11, and the ACH Contact Registry. The session also explains Nacha's ACH Operations Bulletins, including those that extended effective dates during COVID-19.
Other topics include Meaningful Modernization, reversals and enforcement, limitations on warranty claims, the fraud detection standard for WEB debits, account information security requirements for large Originators and third parties, and a proposed amendment on account information improvements through the ACH Network.
ACH participants need to stay current with rule amendments to remain compliant. This session explains how each change affects you, whether you are an ODFI, an RDFI, an Originator or a third-party sender or service provider.
It suits financial institution operations staff, third-party processors, originating companies, banking operations managers, compliance, risk and audit professionals, treasury management professionals, and current or aspiring Accredited ACH Professionals (AAPs).
